Words and Music by Jason Germain and Marc Martel
Follow the star to the place unexpected.
Would you believe after all we’ve projected,
A Child in a manger?
Lowly and small, the weakest of all,
Unlikeliest hero. Wrapped in His mother’s shawl.
Just a Child, is this who we’ve waited for?
‘Cause how many kings stepped down from their thrones?
How many lords have abandoned their homes?
How many great have become the least for me?
And how many gods have poured out their heart
To romance a world that has torn all apart?
How many fathers gave up their sons for me?
Bringing our gifts for the newborn Savior,
All that we have, whether costly or meek,
Because we believe.
Gold for His honor and frankincense for His pleasure
And myrrh for the cross He’ll suffer.
Do you believe? Is this who we’ve waited for?
Only One did that for me
All for me, all for you.

Hope of the World - December 11, 2011
Words and Music by Gary Sadler and Jamie Harvill
Lord, all of these years You’ve seen our tears
Trailing away from the garden.
Once so innocent before our sin
And then our hearts were hardened.
Stumbling so far away, hopeless until the day
You came to break through the night
O Hope of the world
Emmanuel, God here with us forever;
Shine through the dark into our hearts.
Jesus, You are the Hope of the world.
Grace sent down to earth, sov’reign from birth
Your death for our salvation.
Now the price has been paid; love made a way
Healing for all creation.
Stumbling so far away, hopeless until the day
You came to break through the night
You are the One we have waited for
And we thank You; Lord, we thank You.
You are the One that our hearts adore
And we praise You; Lord, we praise You.
Today's Songs:
Good Christian Men, Rejoice
O Come, All Ye Faithful
O Come, O Come Emmanuel
O Little Town of Bethlehem
God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen

Here with Us - December 4, 2011
Words and Music by Jason Ingram, Joy Williams, and Ben Glover
It’s still a mystery to me that the hands of God could be so small
How tiny fingers reaching in the night
Were the very hands that measure the sky.
Hallelujah, hallelujah, heaven’s love reaching down to save the world
Hallelujah, hallelujah, Son of God, servant King, here with us.
You’re here with us.
Still a mystery to me how His infant eyes had seen the dawn of time
How His ears had heard an angel symphony
But still, Mary had to rock her Savior to sleep.
Jesus, the Christ, born in Bethlehem
A baby born to save, to save the souls of men
Today's Songs:

Hope Has Come - November 27, 2011
Words and Music by Stephen Altrogge
Let us join with the angel voices; let us join their happy song.
All of heaven and earth rejoices for the Lamb of God has come.
He has come to rescue sinners, come to meet our desperate need;
He was born to bring forgiveness, born for Calvary.
Alleluia! Hope has come.
Alleluia! Christ has come.
We once were slaves in misery
‘Til You appeared and set us free.
Alleluia! Hope has come.
Let us lay our gifts before Him; let us magnify His Name.
With thankful hearts adore Him, for the Lord has come to save.
He has come to break sin’s power; He has come to set us free.
Hope was born that glorious hour—Christ, the mighty King.

Come, Ye Thankful People, Come - November 20, 2011
Words and Music by Henry Alford and George J. Elvey
Come, ye thankful people, come—raise the song of harvest-home;
All is safely gathered in ere the winter storms begin.
God, our Maker, doth provide for our wants to be supplied;
Come to God’s own temple, come—raise the song of harvest-home.
All the world is God’s own field, fruit unto His praise to yield;
Wheat and tares together sown, unto joy or sorrow grown.
First the blade and then the ear, then the full corn shall appear;
Lord of harvest, grant that we wholesome grain and pure may be.
For the Lord our God shall come and shall take His harvest home;
From His field shall in that day all offenses purge away;
Give His angels charge at last in the fire the tares to cast,
But the fruitful ears to store in His garner evermore.
Even so, Lord, quickly come to Thy final harvest-home;
Gather Thou Thy people in, free from sorrow, free from sin;
There, forever purified, in Thy presence to abide;
Come, with all Thine angels, come—raise the glorious harvest-home.
Today's Songs:
Praise to the Lord, the Almighty
Come, Ye Thankful People, Come
For the Beauty of the Earth

How Great Is Your Faithfulness - November 13, 2011
Words and Music by Jonas Myrin and Matt Redman
Now unto the King who reigns over all and never changes or turns
Unfailing justice, unfading grace, whose promises remain
Yes, Your promises remain
The heavens ring, the saints all sing, “Great is Your faithfulness”
From age to age we will proclaim, “Great is Your faithfulness—
How great is Your faithfulness!”
Everything changes, but You stay the same
Your word and kingdom endure
We lean on the promise of all that You are
And trust forevermore, we will trust forevermore
From generation to generation, You never fail us, O God
Yesterday and today and tomorrow, until the day You return
Today's Songs:
Happy Day
How Great Is Your Faithfulness

Be Thou My Vision - November 6, 2011
Words and Music by Mary E. Byrne
Be Thou my Vision, O Lord of my heart;
Naught be all else to me, save that Thou art
Thou my best thought, by day or by night,
Waking or sleeping, Thy presence my light.
Be Thou my Wisdom, and Thou my true Word;
I ever with Thee and Thou with me, Lord;
Thou my great Father, and I Thy true son,
Thou in me dwelling, and I with Thee one.
Riches I heed not, nor man’s empty praise,
Thou mine inheritance, now and always;
Thou and Thou only, first in my heart,
High King of heaven, my Treasure Thou art.
High King of heaven, my victory won,
May I reach heaven’s joys, bright heaven’s Sun!
Heart of my own heart, whatever befall,
Still be my Vision, O Ruler of all.
Today's Songs:

Glorious Day - October 23, 2011
Words and Music by Michael Bleecker and Mark Hall
One day when heaven was filled with His praises
One day when sin was as black as could be
Jesus came forth to be born of a virgin
Dwelt among men, my example is He
The Word became flesh and the light shined among us
His glory revealed
Living, He loved me; dying, He saved me
Buried, He carried my sins far away
Rising, He justified freely forever
One day He’s coming, oh, glorious day
Oh, glorious day
One day they led Him up Calvary’s mountain
One day they nailed Him to die on a tree
Suffering anguish, despised and rejected
Bearing our sins, my Redeemer is He
The hand that healed nations, stretched out on a tree
And took the nails for me
One day the grave could conceal Him no longer
One day the stone rolled away from the door
Then He arose, over death He had conquered
Now is ascended, my Lord evermore
Death could not hold Him; the grave could not keep Him
From rising again
One day the trumpet will sound for His coming
One day the skies with His glories will shine
Wonderful day my Beloved One bringing
My Savior Jesus is mine
One day when heaven was filled with His praises
One day when sin was as black as could be
Jesus came forth to be born of a virgin
Dwelt among men, my example is He
The Word became flesh and the light shined among us

Living, He loved me; dying, He saved me

Mighty to Save - October 16, 2011
Words and Music by Ben Fielding and Reuben Morgan
Everyone needs compassion, a love that’s never failing
Let mercy fall on me
Everyone needs forgiveness, the kindness of a Savior
The hope of nations
Savior, He can move the mountains
My God is mighty to save; He is mighty to save
Forever, Author of salvation
He rose and conquered the grave; Jesus conquered the grave
So take me as you find me, all my fears and failures
And fill my life again
I give my life to follow, everything I believe in
Now I surrender
Shine Your light and let the whole world see
We’re singing for the glory of the risen King
Jesus, shine Your light and let the whole world see
We’re singing for the glory of the risen King

Let Your Kingdom Come - October 9, 2011
Words and Music by Bob Kauflin
Your glorious cause, O God, engages our hearts
May Jesus Christ be known wherever we are
We ask not for ourselves but for Your renown
The cross has saved us so we pray Your kingdom come
Let Your kingdom come, let Your will be done
So that everyone might know Your Name
Let Your song be heard everywhere on earth
'Til Your sovereign work on earth is done
Let Your kingdom come
Give us Your strength, O God, and courage to speak
Perform Your wondrous deeds through those who are weak
Lord, use us as You want, whatever the test
By grace we'll preach Your gospel 'til our dying breath

Psalm 63 - September 18, 2011
A Psalm of David
O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly;
My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You,
In a dry and weary land where there is no water.
Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary
To see Your power and glory.
Because Your lovingkindness is better than life,
My lips will praise You.
So I will bless You as long as I live
I will lift up my hands in Your name.
My soul is satisfied as with marrow and fatness,
And my mouth offers praises with joyful lips.
When I remember You on my bed,
I meditate on You in the night watches,
For You have been my help
And in the shadow of Your wings I sing for joy.
My soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me.
But those who seek my life to destroy it,
Will go into the depths of the earth.
They will be delivered over to the power of the sword;
They will be a prey for foxes. But the king will rejoice in God;
Everyone who swears by Him will glory,
For the mouths of those who speak lies will be stopped.
Today's Songs:
God Is Alive

Behold Our God - September 11, 2011
Words and Music by Jonathan Baird, Meghan Baird, Ryan Baird, and Stephen Altrogge
Who has held the oceans in His hands?
Who has numbered every grain of sand?
Kings and nations tremble at His voice.
All creation rises to rejoice.
Behold our God, seated on His throne.
Come, let us adore Him.
Behold our King, nothing can compare,
Come, let us adore Him.
Who has given counsel to the Lord?
Who can question any of His words?
Who can teach the One who knows all things?
Who can fathom all His wondrous deeds?
Who has felt the nails upon His hand,
Bearing all the guilt of sinful man?
God eternal, humbled to the grave,
Jesus, Savior, risen now to reign!

The Basin and the Towel - September 4, 2011
Words and Music by Michael Card
In an upstairs room, a parable is just about to come alive
And while they bicker about who’s best
With a painful glance, He’ll silently rise
Their Savior Servant must show them how
Through the will of the water and the tenderness of the towel
And the call is to community
The impoverished power that sets the soul free
In humility, to take the vow, that day after day
We must take up the basin and the towel
In any ordinary place, on any ordinary day
The parable can live again—when one will kneel and one will yield
Our Savior Servant must show us how
Through the will of the water and the tenderness of the towel
And the space between ourselves
Sometimes is more than the distance between the stars
By the fragile bridge of the Servant’s bow
We take up the basin and the towel
In an upstairs room, a parable is just about to come alive
And while they bicker about who’s best
With a painful glance, He’ll silently rise
Their Savior Servant must show them how
Through the will of the water and the tenderness of the towel
And the call is to community
The impoverished power that sets the soul free
In humility, to take the vow, that day after day
We must take up the basin and the towel
In any ordinary place, on any ordinary day

Our Savior Servant must show us how
Through the will of the water and the tenderness of the towel
And the space between ourselves
Sometimes is more than the distance between the stars
By the fragile bridge of the Servant’s bow
We take up the basin and the towel

Thine Is the Glory - August 28, 2011
Words and Music by Edmund L. Budry and George Frederick Handel
Thine is the glory, risen, conqu’ring Son;
Endless is the vict’ry Thou o’er death hast won.
Angels in bright raiment rolled the stone away,
Kept the folded grave-clothes where Thy body lay.
Thine is the glory, risen, conqu’ring Son;
Endless is the vict’ry thou o’er death hast won.
Lo! Jesus meets us, risen from the tomb;
Lovingly He greets us, scatters fear and gloom;
Let His church with gladness hymns of triumph sing,
For her Lord now liveth; death hath lost its sting.
No more we doubt Thee, glorious Prince of Life!
Life is naught without Thee; aid us in our strife;
Make us more than conqu’rors through Thy deathless love;
Bring us safe through Jordan with Thy power and love.
Thine is the glory, risen, conqu’ring Son;
Endless is the vict’ry Thou o’er death hast won.
Angels in bright raiment rolled the stone away,
Kept the folded grave-clothes where Thy body lay.
Thine is the glory, risen, conqu’ring Son;
Endless is the vict’ry thou o’er death hast won.
Lo! Jesus meets us, risen from the tomb;
Lovingly He greets us, scatters fear and gloom;
Let His church with gladness hymns of triumph sing,

All I Have Is Christ - August 21, 2011
Words and Music by Jordan Kauflin
I once was lost in darkest night, yet thought I knew the way
The sin that promised joy and life had led me to the grave
I had no hope that You would own a rebel to Your will
And if You had not loved me first, I would refuse You still
But as I ran my hell-bound race, indifferent to the cost
You looked upon my helpless state and led me to the cross
And I beheld God’s love displayed: You suffered in my place
You bore the wrath reserved for me; now all I know is grace
Hallelujah! All I have is Christ
Hallelujah! Jesus is my life
Now, Lord, I would be Yours alone and live so all might see
The strength to follow Your commands could never come from me
Oh, Father, use my ransomed life in any way You choose
And let my song forever be: my only boast is You
I once was lost in darkest night, yet thought I knew the way
The sin that promised joy and life had led me to the grave
I had no hope that You would own a rebel to Your will
And if You had not loved me first, I would refuse You still
But as I ran my hell-bound race, indifferent to the cost
You looked upon my helpless state and led me to the cross
And I beheld God’s love displayed: You suffered in my place

Hallelujah! All I have is Christ
Hallelujah! Jesus is my life
Now, Lord, I would be Yours alone and live so all might see

Words and Music By George Croly and Frederick C. Atkinson
Spirit of God, descend upon my heart;
Wean it from earth, through all its pulses move.
Stoop to my weakness, mighty as Thou art,
And make me love Thee as I ought to love.
Hast Thou not bid us love Thee, God and King?
All, all Thine own—soul, heart and strength and mind.
I see Thy cross—there teach my heart to cling;
O let me seek Thee, and O let me find.
Teach me to feel that Thou art always nigh;
Teach me the struggles of the soul to bear—
To check the rising doubt, the rebel sigh;
Teach me the patience of unanswered prayer.
Teach me to love Thee as Thine angels love,
One holy passion filling all my frame:
The baptism of the heav’n-descended Dove—
My heart an altar and Thy love the flame.
Spirit of God, descend upon my heart;
Wean it from earth, through all its pulses move.
Stoop to my weakness, mighty as Thou art,
And make me love Thee as I ought to love.
Hast Thou not bid us love Thee, God and King?
All, all Thine own—soul, heart and strength and mind.
I see Thy cross—there teach my heart to cling;
O let me seek Thee, and O let me find.
Teach me to feel that Thou art always nigh;
Teach me the struggles of the soul to bear—
To check the rising doubt, the rebel sigh;
Teach me the patience of unanswered prayer.
Teach me to love Thee as Thine angels love,
One holy passion filling all my frame:
The baptism of the heav’n-descended Dove—
My heart an altar and Thy love the flame.

Be Unto Your Name - July 24, 2011
Words and Music by Lynn DeShazo and Gary Sadler
We are a moment, You are forever
Lord of the Ages, God before time
We are a vapor, You are eternal
Love everlasting reigning on high
Holy, holy, Lord God Almighty
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
Highest praises, honor, and glory
Be unto Your name
Be unto Your name
We are the broken, You are the healer
Jesus, Redeemer, mighty to save
You are the love song we’ll sing forever
Bowing before You blessing Your name
We are a moment, You are forever
Lord of the Ages, God before time
We are a vapor, You are eternal
Love everlasting reigning on high
Holy, holy, Lord God Almighty
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
Highest praises, honor, and glory
Be unto Your name
Be unto Your name
We are the broken, You are the healer
Jesus, Redeemer, mighty to save
You are the love song we’ll sing forever
Bowing before You blessing Your name

Unchanging - July 10, 2011
Words and Music By Chris Tomlin
Great is Your faithfulness; great is Your faithfulness
You never change, You never fail, O God
True are Your promises; true are Your promises
You never change, You never fail, O God
So we raise up holy hands
To praise the Holy One
Who was and is and is to come
Wide is Your love and grace; wide is Your love and grace
You never change, You never fail, O God
You were, You are, You will always be
You were, You are, You will always be
Great is Your faithfulness; great is Your faithfulness
You never change, You never fail, O God
True are Your promises; true are Your promises
You never change, You never fail, O God
So we raise up holy hands
To praise the Holy One
Who was and is and is to come
Wide is Your love and grace; wide is Your love and grace
You never change, You never fail, O God
You were, You are, You will always be
You were, You are, You will always be
Stronger - July 3, 2011
Words and Music By Ben Fielding and Reuben Morgan
There is love that came for us, humbled to a sinner’s cross.
You broke my shame and sinfulness; You rose again victorious.
Faithfulness none can deny, through the storm and through the fire.
There is truth that sets me free: Jesus Christ who lives in me.
You are stronger! You are stronger!
Sin is broken; You have saved me!
It is written Christ is risen!
Jesus, You are Lord of all!
No beginning and no end, You’re my hope and my defense.
You came to seek and save the lost; You paid it all upon the cross.

My Reward - June 26, 2011
Words and Music By Paul Baloche
I want to hear You say the words to me “Well done”
I want to hear You say “Good and faithful servant”
I want to hear You say “I’ve prepared a place for you”
Let all the treasures of the world fade away
Jesus, You are my reward
To hear Your voice on that day is all I’m living for
Jesus, You are my reward
To see Your face on that day is all I’m living for
In the twinkling of an eye we’ll all be changed
We’ll meet You in the sky
We will see You face to face
I want to hear You say the words to me “Well done”
I want to hear You say “Good and faithful servant”
I want to hear You say “I’ve prepared a place for you”
Let all the treasures of the world fade away
Jesus, You are my reward
To hear Your voice on that day is all I’m living for
Jesus, You are my reward
To see Your face on that day is all I’m living for
In the twinkling of an eye we’ll all be changed
We’ll meet You in the sky
We will see You face to face

There Is a Higher Throne - June 19, 2011
By Keith & Kristyn Getty
There is a higher throne than all this world has known
Where faithful ones from ev’ry tongue will one day come
Before the Son we’ll stand, made faultless through the Lamb
Believing hearts find promised grace; salvation comes
Hear heaven’s voices sing, their thund’rous anthem rings
Through emerald courts and sapphire skies, their praises rise
All glory, wisdom, pow’r, strength, thanks, and honor are
To God our King who reigns on high forevermore
And there we’ll find our home, our life before the throne
We’ll honor Him in perfect song where we belong
He’ll wipe each tear-stained eye as thirst and hunger die
The Lamb becomes our Shepherd King; we’ll reign with Him
There is a higher throne than all this world has known
Where faithful ones from ev’ry tongue will one day come
Before the Son we’ll stand, made faultless through the Lamb
Believing hearts find promised grace; salvation comes
Hear heaven’s voices sing, their thund’rous anthem rings
Through emerald courts and sapphire skies, their praises rise
All glory, wisdom, pow’r, strength, thanks, and honor are
To God our King who reigns on high forevermore
And there we’ll find our home, our life before the throne
We’ll honor Him in perfect song where we belong

Ancient Words - June 5, 2011
Words and Music by Lynn DeShazo
Holy words, long preserved for our walk in this world,
They resound with God’s own heart;
O let the ancient words impart.
Words of life, words of hope, give us strength, help us grow;
In this world, where’re we roam,
Ancient words will guide us home.
Ancient words ever true, changing me and changing you;
We have come with open hearts--O let the ancient words impart.
Holy words of our faith handed down to this age
Came to us through sacrifice;
O heed the faithful words of Christ.
Holy words, long preserved for our walk in this world,
They resound with God’s own heart;
O let the ancient words impart.
Holy words, long preserved for our walk in this world,
They resound with God’s own heart;
O let the ancient words impart.
Words of life, words of hope, give us strength, help us grow;
In this world, where’re we roam,
Ancient words will guide us home.
Ancient words ever true, changing me and changing you;

Jesus, Lover of My Soul - May 29, 2011
Words and Music by Paul Oakley
It's all about You, Jesus; and all this is for You
For Your glory and Your fame
It's not about me as if You should do things my way
You alone are God, and I surrender to Your ways
Jesus, Lover of my soul, all consuming fire is in Your gaze
Jesus, I want You to know I will follow You all my days
For no one else in history is like You, and history itself belongs to You
Alpha and Omega, You have loved me, and I will spend eternity with You
It's all about You, Jesus; and all this is for You
For Your glory and Your fame
It's not about me as if You should do things my way
You alone are God, and I surrender to Your ways
Jesus, Lover of my soul, all consuming fire is in Your gaze
Jesus, I want You to know I will follow You all my days

How Great Thou Art - May 22, 2011
By Stuart K. Hine
O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made,
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed.
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee;
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee;
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
And when I think that God, His Son not sparing,
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in,
That on that cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin.
When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart!
Then I shall bow in humble adoration,
And there proclaim, my God, how great Thou art.
O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the worlds Thy hands have made,
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed.
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to Thee;
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!

Hear Our Praises - May 8, 2011
Words and Music by Reuben Morgan
May our homes be filled with dancing
May our streets be filled with joy
May injustice bow to Jesus
As the people turn and pray
From the mountains to the valley
Hear our praises rise to You
From the heavens to the nations
Hear our singing fill the air
May our light shine in the darkness
As we walk before the cross
May Your glory fill the whole earth
As the water o’er the seas
May our homes be filled with dancing
May our streets be filled with joy
May injustice bow to Jesus
As the people turn and pray
From the mountains to the valley
Hear our praises rise to You
From the heavens to the nations
Hear our singing fill the air
May our light shine in the darkness
As we walk before the cross
May Your glory fill the whole earth
As the water o’er the seas
To God Be the Glory - May 1, 2011
Words and Music by Fanny J. Crosby
To God be the glory—great things He has done!
So loved He the world that He gave us His Son,
Who yielded His life an atonement for sin
And opened the Lifegate that all may go in.
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, let the earth hear His voice!
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, let the people rejoice!
O come to the Father through Jesus the Son,
And give Him the glory—great things He has done!
O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood!
To ev’ry believer the promise of God;
The vilest offender who truly believes,
That moment from Jesus a pardon receives.
Great things He has taught us, great things He has done,
And great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son;
But purer and higher and greater will be
Our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see.
To ev’ry believer the promise of God;

And great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son;
But purer and higher and greater will be
Our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see.

See, What a Morning - April 24, 2011
Words and Music by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend
See, what a morning, gloriously bright,
With the dawning of hope in Jerusalem.
Folded the grave-clothes, tomb filled with light,
As the angels announce, “Christ is risen!”
See God’s salvation plan,
Wrought in love, borne in pain, paid in sacrifice,
Fulfilled in Christ, the Man,
For He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!
See Mary weeping, “Where is He laid?”
As in sorrow she turns from the empty tomb;
Hears a voice speaking, calling her name;
It’s the Master, the Lord raised to life again!
The voice that spans the years,
Speaking life, stirring hope, bringing peace to us,
Will sound ‘til He appears,
For He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!
One with the Father, Ancient of Days,
Through the Spirit who clothes faith with certainty.
Honor and blessing, glory and praise
To the King crowned with pow’r and authority!
And we are raised with Him,
Death is dead, love has won, Christ has conquered;
And we shall reign with Him,
For He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!
See, what a morning, gloriously bright,
With the dawning of hope in Jerusalem.
Folded the grave-clothes, tomb filled with light,
As the angels announce, “Christ is risen!”
See God’s salvation plan,
Wrought in love, borne in pain, paid in sacrifice,
Fulfilled in Christ, the Man,
For He lives: Christ is risen from the dead!
See Mary weeping, “Where is He laid?”
As in sorrow she turns from the empty tomb;

Song of the Lamb - April 17, 2011
Words and Music by Tom Mills and Tom Elowson
Great and miraculous are Your deeds
And righteousness is Your way, Lord;
You are the almighty King of kings,
The Lord of all the age.
Oh, who will not fear You, oh Lord,
And glorify Your holy name?
When Your righteousness is revealed,
Ev’ry knee shall bow, ev’ry tongue confess that…
You alone are holy, You alone are holy
All nations come and worship You
We’ll sing praise with the song of the Lamb
All glory be to You, God and King;
The heavens declare all Your greatness.
So bright and beautiful in the skies
Their message rings to the earth.
Oh, who will not fear You, oh Lord,
And glorify Your holy name?
When Your righteousness is revealed,
Ev’ry knee shall bow, ev’ry tongue confess that…
One day we’ll all sing around Your throne
Praising Your holy name, Lord,
Like the waves of a hundred oceans
Thundering on the shore
Singing, who will not fear You, oh Lord,
And glorify Your holy name?
When Your righteousness is revealed,
Ev’ry knee shall bow, ev’ry tongue confess that…
Great and miraculous are Your deeds
And righteousness is Your way, Lord;
You are the almighty King of kings,
The Lord of all the age.
Oh, who will not fear You, oh Lord,
And glorify Your holy name?
When Your righteousness is revealed,

Psalm 139 - April 10, 2011
A Psalm of David
1 O Lord, You have searched me and known me. 2 You know when I sit down and when I rise up; You understand my thought from afar. 3 You scrutinize my path and my lying down, and are intimately acquainted with all my ways. 4 Even before there is a word on my tongue, behold, O Lord, You know it all.
5 You have enclosed me behind and before, and laid Your hand upon me. 6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is too high, I cannot attain to it. 7 Where can I go from Your Spirit? Or where can I flee from Your presence? 8 If I ascend to heaven, You are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, behold, You are there. 9 If I take the wings of the dawn, if I dwell in the remotest part of the sea, 10 Even there Your hand will lead me, and Your right hand will lay hold of me. 11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will overwhelm me, and the light around me will be night,” 12 Even the darkness is not dark to You, and the night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light are alike to You.

Marvelous Light - April 3, 2011
By Charlie Hall
I once was fatherless, a stranger with no hope;
Your kindness wakened me, awakened me from my sleep.
Your love it beckons deeply, a call to come and die.
By grace now I will come and take this life, take Your life.
Sin has lost its power, death has lost its sting.
From the grave You’ve risen victoriously!
Into marvelous light I’m running,
Out of darkness, out of shame.
By the cross You are the truth,
You are the life, You are the way.
My dead heart now is beating, my deepest stains now clean.
Your breath fills up my lungs; now I’m free, now I’m free!
Lift my hands and spin around, see the light that I have found.
Oh, the marvelous light, marvelous light.
I once was fatherless, a stranger with no hope;

He Is Lord - March 27, 2011
Words and Music by Ben Fielding
Oh, blessed Lamb once slain
Will reign forevermore
His hands, once bound, now save
Our God will never fail
He is Lord, He is Lord
Sings my soul, He is the Lord
And He lives, yes, He lives
I’m alive ‘cause Jesus lives
‘Tis at the cross of Christ
Where earth and heaven meet
Where sin is overcome
To God the victory
And now let the earth resound with praise
For our Savior God, He reigns
He is high and lifted up
Arise, for the King of glory waits
He is coming back again
He is coming back again
Oh, blessed Lamb once slain
Will reign forevermore
His hands, once bound, now save
Our God will never fail
He is Lord, He is Lord
Sings my soul, He is the Lord
And He lives, yes, He lives
I’m alive ‘cause Jesus lives
‘Tis at the cross of Christ
Where earth and heaven meet
Where sin is overcome
To God the victory
And now let the earth resound with praise
For our Savior God, He reigns

Across the Lands - March 13, 2011
Words and Music by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend
You’re the Word of God the Father from before the world began;
Ev’ry star and ev’ry planet has been fashioned by Your hand.
All creation holds together by the power of Your voice;
Let the skies declare Your glory; let the land and seas rejoice.
You’re the Author of creation;
You’re the Lord of ev’ry man,
And Your cry of love rings out across the lands.
Yet You left the gaze of angels, came to seek and save the lost,
And exchanged the joy of heaven for the anguish of a cross.
With a prayer You fed the hungry, with a word You calmed the sea;
Yet how silently You suffered, that the guilty may go free.
With a shout You rose victorious, wresting vict’ry from the grave,
And ascended into heaven, leading captives in Your way.
Now You stand before the Father, interceding for Your own;
From each tribe and tongue and nation, You are leading sinners home.
You’re the Word of God the Father from before the world began;
Ev’ry star and ev’ry planet has been fashioned by Your hand.
All creation holds together by the power of Your voice;
Let the skies declare Your glory; let the land and seas rejoice.
You’re the Author of creation;
You’re the Lord of ev’ry man,
And Your cry of love rings out across the lands.
Yet You left the gaze of angels, came to seek and save the lost,
And exchanged the joy of heaven for the anguish of a cross.
With a prayer You fed the hungry, with a word You calmed the sea;
Yet how silently You suffered, that the guilty may go free.
With a shout You rose victorious, wresting vict’ry from the grave,
And ascended into heaven, leading captives in Your way.
Now You stand before the Father, interceding for Your own;
From each tribe and tongue and nation, You are leading sinners home.

All to Us - March 6, 2010
Words and Music by Chris Tomlin, Jesse Reeves, Matt Redman, and Matt Maher
Cornerstone, sure foundation, You are faithful to the end
We are waiting on You, Jesus; we believe You’re all to us
Let the glory of Your name be the passion of the church
Let the righteousness of God be a holy flame that burns
Let the saving love of Christ be the measure of our lives
We believe You’re all to us
Only Son of God sent from heaven, hope and mercy at the cross
You are ev’rything, You’re the promise; Jesus, You are all to us
When this passing world is over, we will see You face to face
And forever, we will worship; Jesus, You are all to us
Jesus, You are all to us; You’re all, You’re ev’rything to us
Cornerstone, sure foundation, You are faithful to the end

The Father's Love - February 27, 2011
Words and Music by Joel Sczebel
How has the sinner been forgiven
How has the rebel been made clean
Or blinded eyes been made to see
How have the orphans been adopted
Who hated Your love and ran from grace
Despised and rejected all Your ways
How wonderful the Father’s love
The Father’s love for us
That He would send His only Son
To come and rescue us
He has saved us, called us blameless
Guides us now and will sustain us
Oh, how wonderful the Father’s love
Your mercy floods our lives with kindness
Your grace has colored all we see
And You have promised not to leave
You freely give Your Spirit to us
So we can be sure we’re sons of God
And rest in the hope of what’s to come
Though sufferings may fill our lives
We’re confident we’re heirs with Christ
And so we cry, “Abba, Father”
How has the sinner been forgiven
How has the rebel been made clean
Or blinded eyes been made to see
How have the orphans been adopted
Who hated Your love and ran from grace
Despised and rejected all Your ways
How wonderful the Father’s love
The Father’s love for us
That He would send His only Son
To come and rescue us
He has saved us, called us blameless
Guides us now and will sustain us
Oh, how wonderful the Father’s love

So we can be sure we’re sons of God
And rest in the hope of what’s to come
Though sufferings may fill our lives
We’re confident we’re heirs with Christ
And so we cry, “Abba, Father”

Immortal, Invisible - February 20, 2011
Words and Music by Walter Chalmers Smith
Immortal, invisible, God only wise,
In light inaccessible hid from our eyes,
Most blessed, most glorious, the Ancient of Days,
Almighty, victorious—Thy great name we praise.
Unresting, unhasting, and silent as light,
Nor wanting, nor wasting, Thou rulest in might;
Thy justice, like mountains, high soaring above
Thy clouds, which are fountains of goodness and love.
To all, life Thou givest—to both great and small,
In all life Thou livest—the true life of all;
We blossom and flourish as leaves on the tree,
And wither and perish—but naught changeth Thee.
Great Father of glory, pure Father of light,
Thine angels adore Thee, all veiling their sight;
All praise we would render—O help us to see
‘Tis only the splendor of light hideth Thee!
Immortal, invisible, God only wise,
In light inaccessible hid from our eyes,
Most blessed, most glorious, the Ancient of Days,
Almighty, victorious—Thy great name we praise.
Unresting, unhasting, and silent as light,

Give Thanks - February 6, 2011
Words and Music by Henry Smith
Give thanks with a grateful heart
Give thanks to the Holy One
Give thanks because He’s given Jesus Christ, His Son
And now let the weak say I am strong
Let the poor say I am rich
Because of what the Lord has done for us
Give thanks with a grateful heart
Give thanks to the Holy One
Give thanks because He’s given Jesus Christ, His Son
And now let the weak say I am strong
Let the poor say I am rich
Because of what the Lord has done for us

Let God Arise - January 30, 2011
Words and Music by Chris Tomlin, Ed Cash, and Jesse Reeves
Hear the holy roar of God resound
Watch the waters part before us now
Come and see what He has done for us
Go tell the world of His great love
Our God is a God who saves
Our God is a God who saves
Let God arise; let God arise
Our God reigns now and forever
He reigns now and forever
And His enemies will run for sure
And the church will stand, she will endure
Well, He holds the keys of life, our Lord
Death has no sting, no final word
Our God is a God who saves
Our God is a God who saves
Hear the holy roar of God resound
Watch the waters part before us now
Come and see what He has done for us
Go tell the world of His great love
Our God is a God who saves
Our God is a God who saves
Let God arise; let God arise
Our God reigns now and forever
He reigns now and forever
And His enemies will run for sure
And the church will stand, she will endure
Well, He holds the keys of life, our Lord
Death has no sting, no final word
Our God is a God who saves
Our God is a God who saves

Enough - January 23, 2011
Words and Music by Louie Giglio and Chris Tomlin
All of You is more than enough for all of me
For every thirst and every need
You satisfy me with Your love
And all I have in You is more than enough
You are my supply, my breath of life
Still more awesome than I know
You are my reward, worth living for
Still more awesome than I know
You’re my sacrifice of greatest price
Still more awesome than I know
You’re my coming King, You’re everything
Still more awesome than I know
More than all I want, more than all I need
You are more than enough for me
More than all I know, more than all I can say
You are more than enough for me
All of You is more than enough for all of me
For every thirst and every need
You satisfy me with Your love
And all I have in You is more than enough
You are my supply, my breath of life
Still more awesome than I know
You are my reward, worth living for
Still more awesome than I know
You’re my sacrifice of greatest price
Still more awesome than I know
You’re my coming King, You’re everything
Still more awesome than I know
More than all I want, more than all I need

More than all I know, more than all I can say
You are more than enough for me

Leaning on the Everlasting Arms - January 16, 2011
Words and Music by Elisha A. Hoffman and Anthony J. Showalter
What a fellowship, what a joy divine,
Leaning on the everlasting arms;
What a blessedness,what a peace is mine,
Leaning on the everlasting arms.
Leaning, leaning, safe and secure from all alarms;
Leaning, leaning, leaning on the everlasting arms.
O, how sweet to walk in this pilgrim way,
Leaning on the everlasting arms;
O, how bright the path grows from day to day,
Leaning on the everlasting arms.
What have I to dread, what have I to fear,
Leaning on the everlasting arms?
I have blessed peace with my Lord so near,
Leaning on the everlasting arms.
What a fellowship, what a joy divine,
Leaning on the everlasting arms;
What a blessedness,what a peace is mine,
Leaning on the everlasting arms.
Leaning, leaning, safe and secure from all alarms;
Leaning, leaning, leaning on the everlasting arms.
O, how sweet to walk in this pilgrim way,
Leaning on the everlasting arms;
O, how bright the path grows from day to day,
Leaning on the everlasting arms.
What have I to dread, what have I to fear,
Leaning on the everlasting arms?
I have blessed peace with my Lord so near,
Leaning on the everlasting arms.

Creation Sings the Father's Song - January 9, 2011
Words and Music by Keith and Kristyn Getty and Stuart Townend
Creation sings the Father’s song; He calls the sun to wake the dawn
And run the course of day ‘til ev’ning falls in crimson rays.
His fingerprints in flakes of snow; His breath upon this spinning globe
He charts the eagle’s flight, commands the newborn baby’s cry.
Hallelujah! Let all creation stand and sing.
Hallelujah! Fill the earth with songs of worship;
Tell the wonders of creation’s King.
Creation gazed upon His face; the ageless One in time’s embrace
Unveiled the Father’s plan of reconciling God and man.
A second Adam walked the earth whose blameless life would break the curse
Whose death would set us free to live with Him eternally.
Creation longs for His return when Christ shall reign upon the earth;
The bitter wars that rage are birth pains of a coming age.
When He renews the land and sky, all heav’n will sing and earth reply
With one resplendent theme—the glories of our God and King.

Hear the Call of the Kingdom - January 2, 2011
Words and Music by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend
Hear the call of the kingdom, lift your eyes to the King;
Let His song rise within you as a fragrant offering
Of how God, rich in mercy, came in Christ to redeem
All who trust in His unfailing grace.
Hear the call of the kingdom to be children of light
With the mercy of heaven, the humility of Christ;
Walking justly before Him, loving all that is right
That the light of Christ may shine through us.
King of heaven, we will answer the call;
We will follow, bringing hope to the world,
Filled with passion, filled with power to proclaim
Salvation in Jesus' name.
Hear the call of the kingdom to reach out to the lost
With the Father's compassion in the wonder of the cross;
Bringing peace and forgiveness and a hope yet to come,
Let the nations put their trust in Him.
Hear the call of the kingdom, lift your eyes to the King;
Let His song rise within you as a fragrant offering
Of how God, rich in mercy, came in Christ to redeem
All who trust in His unfailing grace.
